Our Strategic Learning Plan consists:
- Assessment Survey: Once a year your staff will be asked to complete a brief online survey
- Prepare Learning Plan: We review the surveys and prepare a Strategic Learning Plan based on the input plus our knowledge of your organization’s training goals and our experiences as a Training Provider
- Review Plan: The Learning Plan is then reviewed with you to gain your input and priorities.
- Deliver Against Plan: Quotes will be provided for the courses you select
- Report on Training: Reporting (if applicable) will reflect completed training for assigned staff and issued on a quarterly basis
