Accessibility Training

The Accessibility Standard for Customer Service comes into effect for businesses, non-profits and smaller municipalities Nov. 1, 2018. To meet the requirements of the standard and to create great customer service, for instance, we provide several training options to improve accessibility.

Using these products effectively is a critical piece of everyone’s work-related skills. If you are not certain which level of course to attend, please contact us for a free online assessment.

We run many courses with as few as 2 students and can also provide private sessions.
